شاركت رابطة مدربي حقوق الإنسان TLHR في اربيل وبغداد في جلسة محاكاة ضمن برنامج تعزيز الديمقراطية والتي تنفذه منظمة النجدة الشعبية وبدعم من منظمة مساعدات الشعب النرويجي في اربيل بتاريخ 5 آب 2024 وفي بغداد بتاريخ 6 اب بمشاركة (ممثلي شبكات منظمات المجتمع المدني الذين قدموا تقارير الظل) و بمشاركة ( الوفد الحكومي ووفد حكومة اقليم كوردستان التي ستشارك في عرض تقرير لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري ) , الجلسة كانت خاصة بتقرير الاتفاقيـة الدوليـة للقضــاء علـى جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري وهي التقرير الجامع للتقريرين الدوريين (السادس والعشرين والسابع والعشرين ) المقدمين من العراق بموجب المادة 9 من الاتفاقية في عام , كان الهدف من هذه الجلسة هي تعزيز آليات التعاون بين الوفد الحكومي المشارك في الآلية التعاقدية في 14 و 15 أب 2024 في جنيف مع المؤسسات المجتمع المدني في اطار طرح اسئلة متوقعة من قبل ممثلين الشبكات الذين قدموا تقارير الظل الى اللجنة المعنية ويذكر ان هذه الجلسة كانت جلسة محاكاة لما يحدث فعليا في جنيف .
