It is an independent voluntary organization operating in accordance with the applicable laws in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
Year Founded 2006
The main headquarters (HQ) is in Erbil and there are representatives in Baghdad and Al Basrah.
Visions and Missions
Joint Mission and Slogan:- Consolidate the concept and principles of human rights in society and implement and disseminate the principles of human rights in Iraq.
Sharing of experience and knowledge among mentors.
Development, recruitment and mobilization of human resources in the field of human rights.
Development and capacity building of trainers in human rights.
Opening up horizons for cooperation and joint action with competent national, regional and international human rights

The Election network in the Arab world (ENAR), Founder of the Shams Network to monitor elections in Iraq, NEAR (Network for Empowered Aid Response), Arab Observatory for Human Rightsو Iraqi Alliance of Human Rights Organizations (IAHRO).
